How do I connect? Open the app, sign in, and tap the connect button. You need an active data plan.
Try disconnecting and reconnecting. If the issue persists, go to Settings and check that your access key is present. Contact us if problems continue.
You can log out, view your access key, or delete your account from the Settings screen in the app.
