Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using EverKey, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
EverKey provides a VPN (Virtual Private Network) service with prepaid data plans. Users purchase data allowances and use them to establish encrypted VPN connections.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One account per person. Automated or bulk account creation is prohibited.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Data plans and top-ups are prepaid and non-refundable once purchased.
- iOS purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
- Android/web purchases are processed through Shopify.
- Time-based plan data expires at the end of the plan period. Top-up data does not expire.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use EverKey to:
- Engage in any illegal activity
- Distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks
- Send spam or conduct phishing
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Circumvent network restrictions in violation of applicable laws
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, update servers, or modify the service at any time.
7. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Upon termination, unused data balances are forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
EverKey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CarbonLoom Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

- 限时套餐数据在套餐期结束时过期。充值数据不会过期。
5. 可接受使用
您同意不使用 EverKey 进行以下活动：
- 从事任何非法活动
- 传播恶意软件或进行网络攻击
- 发送垃圾邮件或进行网络钓鱼
- 侵犯知识产权
- 违反适用法律规避网络限制
6. 服务可用性
我们努力维护可靠的服务，但不保证 100% 的正常运行时间。我们可能随时进行维护、更新服务器或修改服务。
7. 账户终止
- 您可以随时通过应用的设置页面删除您的账户。
- 我们可能会暂停或终止违反这些条款的账户。
- 终止后，未使用的数据余额将被没收。
8. 责任限制
EverKey 按"现状"提供，不提供任何形式的保证。CarbonLoom Ltd 对因使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害不承担责任。
9. 条款变更
我们可能会不时更新这些条款。在变更后继续使用服务即表示接受新条款。
10. 适用法律
本条款受加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省法律管辖。
